Ford recently said it was pouring more marketing money into sponsorship of "action" sports. Now comes video of drift racer Vaughn Gittin Jr., a Ford driver, sliding his Mustang around the Al Reem race circuit in Saudi Arabia. The new Enzo – the Ferrari F70 – has been caught on video around Marenello as Ferrari prepare to debut it at the Paris Motor Show. With the Paris Motor Show looming in just over a month, Ferrari are planning their biggest reveal in almost a decade, the replacement for the Enzo supercar – the Ferrari F70. The F70 will be getting a more powerful version of the V12 under the bonnet of the new F12 together with a KERS hybrid attached for a total output of over 900bhp.
An internal reshuffle in Munich has seen Christopher Weil appointed head of exterior design for Mini, replacing Marcus Syring who takes up a similar position at Rolls-Royce. The changes see Weil return to Munich after just over a year as director of automotive design at BMW DesignworksUSA in LA. His portfolio includes the BMW 328 Hommage, F30 3 Series, 5 Series GT, current 7 Series and 4 Series.
